Shashi Mashruwala

Though born and raised in Ahmedabad, India, Shashi did not feel overwhelmed when she and her husband moved to Dubai in 2003 with their six month old baby once the husband got a job with a bank in this new and strange city. Quite thrilled with this move, she distinctly remembers how the city was a mere desert back then with a huge signboard ‘History Rising’ hanging in Downtown Dubai. Today, this iconic city has her heart as she has seen it evolve into one of the most exciting, energetic and developed destinations in the world. Her love for Dubai and its breathtaking, ultramodern architecture translated into Shashi becoming an agent in 2006. Shashi is savvy, persuasive, thorough and a fierce negotiator and always tries to find a client a property that fits their budget and lifestyle needs. She always puts herself in her client’s shoes, keeping them fully informed at every stage, and avoiding the issues that can make buying and selling real estate stressful.
