Stella Maris Tower has achieved a new milestone. The most anticipated project in Dubai Marina has its superstructure complete. The project now stands tall at 52 levels with all its glory amidst numerous landmarks in Dubai Marina – a highly popular residential community in Dubai.
The construction work started in 2015, and since then, the development firm ‘Scope Investment’ ensured that it stays on track. Although the global pandemic posed certain challenges for the project, with careful and strategic planning, the construction work continued following mandatory SOPs. It is now expected to complete in the second quarter of 2022. The project is managed by MACE, and LACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants handles its architecture.
Stella Maris ranks among the most keenly awaited residential projects. Designed to offer a luxurious and exclusive waterfront lifestyle, this high-end skyscraper is well-connected to the rest of the city due to its prime location. It features 313 residential units, including studios, apartments, penthouses and villas in varying configurations. These properties overlook the Marina and ethereal Arabian Gulf. They come with world-class facilities, such as a private club for residents, a gym for men and women, a private pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, landscaped gardens, sauna and steam room, etc. Moreover, penthouses will have their own private cinemas.
With the completion of this project, it will be the last waterfront development in Dubai Marina. This makes it a highly anticipated project among investors and end-users.
