We’ve all been through that sinking feeling when the house rent is due. Like any other city in the world, Dubai too has it fair share of areas which offer high rent apartments as well those which are on the other end of the scale.  Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is one of the most popular localities in Dubai and living there comes at an expense, from  DHS 95,000 to DHS 116,000. Other locations which are considered the upscale places to live in include Dubai Marina, the Greens and Downtown Dubai.

Looking at the other end of the spectrum, it’s the International Media Production Zone  or IMPZ where apartment rents are almost at half the price, approx. DHS 50,000.
