Azizi Developments to Complete Berton by Mid-2021

Berton, a key project helmed by Azizi Developments, has reached a 35% completion milestone. The leading UAE real estate developer recently announced the completion status of this project that’s located in Al Furjan, the new growth corridor of Dubai.

This latest residential development is exceptionally well-connected and planned to offer state of the art amenities to its residents. As per the latest reports, its structure is 87% complete while blockwork stands at 28%. As far as the infrastructure and external works are concerned, work is being completed at a rapid pace. Azizi Developments aim to complete this project by mid-2021.

Once completed, it will feature 190 studio units. Along with them, the number of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment units it is planned to have are 41 and 14 respectively. It will also house 16 lavish penthouses. Together, the property will be home to 245 units laced with modern luxuries.
