Working for more than 4 years I have been able to build long standing relationships with my investors, buyers, tenants, mortgage brokers...the list is endless. My specialty includes freehold sales and purchases of both residential and commercial properties, drafting property sale and purchase contracts, developer agreements, lease agreements & extensions.
