Working for more than 10 years I have been able to build long standing relationships with my investors, buyers, tenants, mortgage brokers...the list is endless. My specialty includes freehold sales and purchases of both residential and commercial properties, drafting property sale and purchase contracts, developer agreements, lease agreements & extensions. Working with Candour since 2013 I have been fortunate to have been able to use my learnings and knowledge in property law to advise and guide my clients in their property transactions.
